Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all work undertaken by I See Creative Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Scope of Work

All work is based on the scope outlined in the agreed proposal or detailed quote.
Any additional work outside of this scope will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

2. Fees and Payment

On engagement a minimum deposit of 50% of the full quote is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is payable in line with agreed milestones or upon completion. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including UK VAT.
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.

3. Additional Costs

The following are not included unless specified:

  • Stock images, music or video

  • Voiceover recording (cost dependent on usage and talent)

  • Illustration, copywriting, photo retouching or complex diagrams

Additional formats, edits or bespoke asset development will be charged at £90 per hour unless agreed otherwise.

4. Changes and Additional Work

Projects are scoped based on agreed deliverables.
Any additional work, revisions beyond scope, or new requirements will be quoted or charged at £90 per hour and agreed in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals

  • Supply accurate, approved content and materials

  • Ensure appropriate internal alignment at key stages

Delays in feedback or content may impact timelines and delivery.

6. Approvals

Formal approval is required at agreed stages of the project.
Once approved, further changes may be treated as additional work.

7. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client input.
I See Creative Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or client-side dependencies.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final approved deliverables.

 I See Creative Ltd. retains ownership of:

  • Pre-existing materials

  • Working files and exploratory concepts

  • Methods, processes and know-how

 I See Creative Ltd. retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

9. Usage and Third-Party Rights

The client is responsible for securing appropriate licences for any third-party materials including:

  • Stock imagery

  • Fonts

  • Music

  • Video assets

Usage rights for these materials are subject to the terms of the original provider.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I See Creative Ltd. liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. I See Creative Ltd. is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity

12. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify I See Creative Ltd. against any claims arising from materials provided by the client, including but not limited to content, data or intellectual property.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
Work completed up to that point will be invoiced and payable.

14. Validity of Quote

Quotes are valid for 3 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
